- all-figures.pdf: A single pdf document with
all figures, including captions. Same order as in the book. 12MB.
- all-figures.zip Zip file of all figures 169MB
- 3e-figures/ and 3e-graphs/: Directories containing individual
figure files in .eps format (which can be handled by Adobe Reader and similar programs). These are alphabetized by file name, so to make sense of them you will need the pdf document above or the list that follows on this page. The 3e-graphs/ directory also contains the source files used to generate the graphs.
